From the initiation weekend

It's been two months since I received my Shingon Reiki Level 1 initiation. I practice several energy systems and I've tested which one works best with my clients. Every time a system didn't work, I tried Shingon Reiki. Ten times out of ten, it was more effective than the other systems I practice. That's because this is not a typical Reiki weekend.

Mark is a great initiator. His style is matter-of-fact, precise and patient — a no-nonsense approach I really appreciate. He also has a wonderful sense of humor. The story of his Reiki lineage is not of this world, and he passed on more to me than many Reiki masters I've worked with in the past. So much has been lost in modern streams. This path brings you back to Reiki when you've gotten lost in other energy systems. I'm grateful I was able to walk his online path. I would take anything he passes on.

Hi Mark, this weekend was filled with so much new information, impressions, and most of all new perspectives. If someone doesn't want to stand still but wants to expand their consciousness, this is the chance to take that step. Heartfelt thanks once again. We'll see each other in July for level 2.

Hello everyone, I'm Andreas and I was at Reiki Level 1. It's hard to find the right words to describe how it felt — because it was simply wonderful. Through the relaxed and open atmosphere you get the chance to see the world through the eyes of your inner child. It's beautiful to feel that inner childlikeness coming back to life when you can let yourself open to it.

The entry into Reiki Level 1 is very loving, and you receive the facets of Reiki explained with a childlike simplicity. Through simple practices you experience how it works in real life — practitioners touching one another in a Reiki encounter. Working together had a very positive effect on the group dynamic — a kind of spiritual trust formed that felt really good. A theme that came up for me during the special chakra balancing had to do with my self-confidence.

I found the courage to speak about it. The result, in my interactions with people the following week, has done me so much good — I now approach others with a very different attitude, I simply feel more secure. Thank you for that. What I want to say: this event isn't just an initiation into Reiki Level 1, it's much more. I was given the chance to see my life from a more beautiful angle, and I now move through my days much happier.

Thank you for everything I was allowed to see, hear, feel, and simply perceive this weekend.

A short note on the Reiki 1 event: I've attended many times before. This weekend the before-and-after shift in some practitioners struck me especially clearly. Some arrived on Friday tired and tense; on Sunday I looked into changed faces — joyful and relaxed. Even though your events aren't always cuddle-weekends, I really enjoyed it — and I realized: only this way can I grow.

It wasn't my first event for level 1, and yet — perhaps precisely because of that — it was again almost like an initial spark. The energy of the Bodhisattva as a presence in the here and now — you have to experience and feel it yourself. The connection to the source Dainichi Nyorai was powerfully felt not only during the four wonderful initiations.

Always fascinating for me: experiencing the full-body Reiki encounter again at a new, higher quality. Even longtime Reiki practitioners should have this wonderful encounter as often as possible — for themselves too. I wish everyone the protection and blessing of the creative force.

The event was led with light and love and was of high, penetrating quality. Five stars! Even though it wasn't my first level 1 event, I was able to discover so much new and at the same time deepen what I already knew. I feel very at home at the institute — like being in the lap of the family. The togetherness with the other practitioners is a wonderful experience. Bottom line: anyone who really wants to experience what Reiki means and at the same time encounter the powerful extensions and refinements of Shingon Reiki — and put them to work right away — is exactly in the right place. The event, the four initiations plus the additional fifth initiation "joy of life," the work with the other practitioners — in one word: indescribable. Mark is the initiator anyone could wish for, in every way. Unimaginable energies flowed. We sang together and laughed a lot together (especially toward the end). Shingon Reiki 2

From the symbol initiation

This weekend I picked up an important update. For some time now, Shingon Reiki Level 2 includes the brainstem release.

We didn't get to practice it during the weekend, so I tried it the day after I came home. The brainstem release can be very supportive with intense inner topics. I thought I'd try it with a topic that came up during the event — "jealousy."

My first experience: I sat down and began the brainstem release while thinking of a specific situation related to the topic. After about ten minutes I suddenly thought: "What topic am I actually working on right now?" I had completely forgotten which situation I had been thinking about.

I redirected my attention to the topic and noticed why: it simply didn't have the same emotional charge as at the start of the session. As I continued, the topic moved more and more into the background and lost its "weight." The whole session lasted 25 minutes.

I won't claim my jealousy is now fully dissolved — that needs more observation — but a considerable part of it has just disappeared from my life, and I feel much more peace within me regarding this topic. And that's really brilliant, especially since it's a topic with deep roots. The brainstem release is a fantastic thing. It opens up to you in Shingon Reiki Level 2. Highly recommended!

Once again I took so much from this event personally. Each event seems to have its own focus, which naturally arises from what the practitioners bring. The themes of level 2 were once again worked through in depth.

This time Mark took plenty of time to talk with us about working with transferences, projections, and stored automatic patterns of behavior. Recognizing split-off sub-personalities as such, and using Reiki to open space for their integration.

The topic "sensitivity during pollen season" was also addressed and gave me the impulse to work more intensively with Reiki after the event. Not only were the techniques of level 2 discussed and practiced — case examples gave food for thought for one's own development. Mark meets both advanced practitioners and newcomers exactly where they are. One part of the event worked with the sub-personalities — inner child, higher self, middle self — their tasks and how they cooperate in everyday life. Making contact with these aspects and strengthening them via distance Reiki, and consciously cooperating with them. As always, an extraordinary Reiki event combined with useful inspiration for spiritual life.

Even attending this event again, it was as exciting as the first time at Reiki Level 2. The intensive practice and the combination of different techniques immediately "initiated" the new practitioners into the advanced possibilities — and from here, my respect, joy and thanks for the constructive cooperation and the friendly, fun atmosphere. Brilliant! For myself, I rediscovered various forms of "special practice" that I'll be applying right away to deepen my work. This event was once again an absolute highlight! We got to experience the two latest "power-ups" right away: spiritual joint harmonization with Reiki, and spiritual brainstem practice with Reiki — in short: stunning, brilliant, and so simple to apply. It was very joyful to see how many practitioners had completed Reiki Level 1 only three weeks before and didn't want to miss the chance to go straight on to level 2. I'm very happy that I discovered Mark Hosak's book in 2004 in a large bookstore in Mainz. That led me to attend the event and the initiation into Reiki Level 1 with Mark Hosak in April 2005. I was immediately impressed by the matter-of-fact clarity and intensity with which Mark guided the practitioners.

His "strict" way of showing a path is combined with warmth and intensity that only a true master can radiate (I know this from my music studies). It took me almost three years to be ready for Reiki Level 2. The event was very well organized and demanded (as always with Mark) the highest concentration. But what an experience the initiation and the mutual Reiki encounters that followed were!

I won't write the details, but I've felt like a new person ever since, and I clearly notice the changes around me (my home is now a place of light thanks to the possibilities level 2 opens). I recommend to anyone who is hesitating: do Reiki Level 2 with Mark Hosak.

Hi Mark, thank you for your beautiful Reiki II event and the days we spent together as a group. The day after the event I'm in such a beautiful mood, in a quiet inner radiance — and at the same time with a power and drive that lifts me to peak performance.

After a break of almost three weeks, I'd been looking forward to seeing everyone again and noticed how at home I feel at the institute. The event was packed with so many treats in the form of fresh new perspectives, and so much content was combined and passed on in new ways. A practitioner who was attending the event a second time put it this way: "It's a completely different event" — and I think that hits it perfectly.

Your events are well worth repeating because there's always something new for everyone. I really enjoyed drumming during the shamanic stag dance with contact to the power animal Stag on Saturday evening — it welded our group together in a very special way. By Sunday we'd grown into a very particular, complete circle. This event will stay with me for a long time as a touching, full memory thanks to the stag dance and the very special round of appreciation. Many thanks.

Master Practitioner

Advanced practice

Five stars without question — if I could give more, I would. This event with Mark made my life richer and more beautiful. Working with the crystal wand — a specially consecrated rock-crystal wand from the spiritual tradition of Lemuria — opened new, endless possibilities for spiritual practice and let me actually experience them. Through the powerful initiation at the start, the connection to the master crystals deep inside the earth and to the crystal angels is immensely intense and always helpfully present.

The power-place work (this time at a volcanic crater) was deeply impressive. After I had done a 60-million-year-old stone some good with the wand (thank you for the support there), it showed me, in gratitude, its birth 500 meters deep in the earth's interior, took me along as it was hurled to the surface by the immense pressure from inside the volcano, and gave me valuable hints and information.

The crowning highlight was the initiation into the spiritual force of the Five Sacred Animals (Dragon, Tortoise, Phoenix, Tiger, and Snake). They are responsible for important areas in the web of life of the heavenly creative force. With the Five Sacred Animals and their symbols, we experienced powerful amplifications — for mental practice, organ accompaniment, and many wonderful applications. It's impossible to experience all the possibilities in a single weekend. Bottom line: a top recommendation for Reiki practitioners. I thank Mark once again for the practice and growth he opens, and the love he brings — fully in the spirit of self-responsibility, love and consciousness.

I came back to this event a second time and can now confirm what I've often heard from "older" Reiki practitioners: repeating it is worth it. Since my first crystal unfortunately broke, I'm glad to have several newly initiated ones in reserve. What I especially loved was the improvised outdoor day and the related power-place visit at the Katzenbuckel volcano. It was my first conscious power-place visit, and right at the start I discovered that I can trust my intuition more and more.

Where I used to be skeptical about certain perceptions and dismiss them as imagination, I now practice following spontaneous impulses and not censoring my perception. The power-place visit with the crystal and the astonishing reactions of the surrounding nature, as immediate answers to our practice, brought me a step closer to myself and to this truly useful "toy of the angels." Many thanks for that.

The crystal wand has become my favorite "toy" — it's grown deep into my heart: it can do so many magical things, fits in even the smallest handbag, and you can take it everywhere and accompany yourself with it constantly — almost invisibly to others. I most love using it to clean my chakras, ground myself, charge my water, or enjoy a live connection with the Bodhisattva. I'm so glad I did this event and would never want to be without my crystal again! The event itself had great depth too. If you want to grow, come to this event. Thank you!

What I use most are the symbols. They're a really cool enrichment of my Reiki work. What's also incredibly effective is the blockage practice via psychic surgery. Through a session I received from Mark I had very strong reactions and made a decision on the topic that touched me — one I had been postponing for a long time. Crazy how it works. I'll keep exploring the other tools — there are very powerful instruments behind them. The Master Practitioner appealed to me more, but that's about something completely different — the two events aren't comparable. The Professional Practitioner is more hands-on. I really like it.

One part of this Reiki path is the crystal wand. This working crystal has become my eleventh finger. It's simply something brilliant — you can do powerful energy work with it with very little effort, sometimes alongside other things. Working with the crystal is so simple and playful, and at the same time so effective, that it just has to be fun. At least it is for me.

The second part of the event is about the symbols of the 5 Sacred Animals. We were initiated into them, so we can give intensive mental-level accompaniment — and a few other very interesting things. For example, one of my favorite applications: a real astral journey into the realm of the corresponding power animal. It's very exciting to experience, and the wonderful things that exist there!

What I especially appreciated is the possibility to remove a form of attachment with the crystal. And what does me especially good is the regular cleansing of my subtle energy organs. A great thing — for Reiki practitioners a worthwhile investment and deepening.

Reiki Master Path

During and after my master path as Reiki life counselor and spiritual healer 1st Dan, I noticed that my clients needed a lot of what they were receiving from me: fundamental activation of the inner forces and focused spiritual personal development. So once I recognized that Reiki belongs in the world, I decided to begin the Reiki Master 1st Dan path in order to pass Reiki on.

I think Reiki should be shared widely for two reasons, and so anyone may discover it: Reiki is spiritual life energy. It fosters life and brings everything into its natural order. Reiki is a brilliantly simple and effective system of spiritual personal development.

During the events I attended to learn how Reiki Levels 1 and 2 are passed on, I gradually internalized the content. In a wonderful way, I had eventually absorbed it so deeply that I could lead my first own event without much preparation. The event was simply in flow.

You don't need to memorize anything. Just take part, practice, stay curious and open — that's how you can playfully grow into a Reiki master. What I hadn't expected was the very demanding initiation at the end of the master path. But anyone who pays reasonable attention during the events, is willing to mature into a master personality, and engages with the content will master that, too.

The cost of the master path is recouped quickly once you've given a few events. Since Reiki is needed in the world, there will always be people who want to discover it. Mark Hosak offers a special bonus on the master path because he speaks Japanese, knows Japanese culture intimately, is a calligraphy master and therefore an expert on the Reiki symbols. I associate this master path with a lot of fun, lovely companions, and a big leap in my personal development. Anyone who feels drawn to Reiki, who wants a profession that can be practiced into old age, and who is interested in spiritual accompaniment and personal growth should definitely look at the Reiki master path. I highly recommend it!

A short note on the three-day initiation weekend of the Reiki life counselor and spiritual healer master path: beforehand I had no idea what to expect — at one point I even thought there might be tests. But the weekend isn't a school-test situation; it's a kind of initiation into your own spiritual lineage. So I went in without expectations. I don't want to give too much away here. The weekend had something mystical about it, and I don't want to spoil that sense of mystery for you. In any case, I learned in great detail what my spiritual task is, and received a few powerful initiations and methods that support me in walking my path as a life counselor and spiritual healer with even more success. Light Body Meditation

A few weeks ago I discovered Reiki Light Body Meditation with Mark Hosak. I didn't want to write a review right away — I wanted to test it intensively at home first and then report on my experiences.

I did most of the practices almost daily. I'd say I've become much more the person I feel comfortable being. I can enjoy daily life more. My joy in even the small things has grown enormously. I have more self-confidence. I do things I never thought I would. For some time now, for example, I've been singing in a choir.

It feels as if I had no other choice — singing in a choir is simply part of my life plan. Generally I find I'm more often in the right place at the right time. I go somewhere and meet people who usually have important messages for me.

Overall I feel more like a part of life. I have much more peace within and know much better who I am and who I'm not. I've gained an inner stability I can't fully describe yet. When I do energy work, I feel it working through me. A part of me I didn't know before is participating, and through its presence has a quality that might be described as "divine blessing."

My life has become more whole, I've gained more trust in myself and in my subtle helpers. I sense more and more how life carries me and how I'm motivated to address my life themes.

When I began the practices — two to three hours of Reiki Light Body Meditation daily for two weeks, later an hour a day — important themes immediately came to the surface. They were so present that I could barely sleep. There was very strong pressure in my heart chakra. It felt like being deeply in love, but different.

After I had an aura-chakra reading and worked with the themes there, I felt much better right away. Light body work brings a lot of light into the shadows, and the shadows can then dissolve. Light body meditation is therefore a strong accelerator for personal development. The combination of personal development, clearings, soul hunting and light body work is what represents a holistic spiritual energy practice for me.

Hi Mark, I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart for sending out Reiki via the internet, and share my wonderful experiences. I'm not really a computer or internet enthusiast, but I have to admit: it has its advantages. Especially that I can receive Reiki from you over the internet — it's simply brilliant. I just turn on my computer, let your aura strengthening run, and it begins.

If you just let the video play, you may not notice all that much (it's individual, depending on your needs). I only realized how much energy actually comes through when an update meant I could no longer see your video, only hear it. I started the recording and felt the energy flow even without the picture.

I began focusing more on my sense and closed my eyes. I noticed a point where I felt the Reiki flow especially strongly. I paused the video at that point and noticed: the video is still, but Reiki is flowing.

By now I can see you again. Now I let the video play, close my eyes, and pause when I feel the Reiki most strongly. Since I noticed this also works without visual contact, in the morning I switch your video on in my workroom, pause it at the point of strongest Reiki flow, sit in the living room, connect to the computer via distance Reiki, and enjoy the aura strengthening. That way I move through my day strengthened and full of confidence. Heartfelt thanks again — light and love.

Symbols & Calligraphy

On symbol and calligraphy practice

I had strongly suspected — and learned along the Reiki master path — and use it: the power of the Reiki symbols. Even so, I was amazed that while practicing the art of calligraphy, the energy flow is tangible through the brush — and visible as a result on paper. It was fun to grind the ink myself and energize it with a mantra. Many thanks too, Mark, for handing me, the calligraphy beginner, the thickest brush right away — it was the perfect entry point, and you could clearly see where the energy flow broke off or where you weren't in your hara. Well, for beginners I'd actually recommend a thin brush. Meditations and spiritual practice with the Reiki symbols opened further dimensional gates of energy work for me. Especially the mantra of the heart mudra is a wonderful form of energy amplification in client work — for every imaginable application. I can only recommend reading Dr. Mark Hosak's books — an inexhaustible source of information and the finest techniques. For today I say Domo Arigato Gozaimashita, dear Mark!

Medicine Buddha

After repeating the wonderful event with the medium-length Medicine Buddha mantra, I'm now applying the practice from the event by reciting the medium-length Medicine Buddha mantra 108 times during a fixed period. I'm back in this beautiful energy that builds up day by day, and I want to share it here.

Even though I've enjoyed plenty of meditation events by now and practice this or that approach, this kind of meditation is opening a new way of experiencing for me. It's as if I become much slower in many everyday tasks and need much more time. But my own experience gains, because I'm more awake and feel myself more.

Even though I'm much slower, overall I have the impression that I'm handling my day far more effectively, and in the evening I'm not nearly as stressed — almost rested as I let the evening unfold. The effect impresses me so much that the half-hour I take for the practice each day comes back to me many times over. I become inwardly calm and serene, and come more to myself. I wish many people would give themselves the chance to discover this and have wonderful experiences.

Hello dear ones — this event takes Reiki work into a new dimension. The energy that flows is so enormous that body temperatures feel like they rise to 41 degrees Celsius. The event room was so charged that the energy could be felt as high frequencies and a "shimmer" in the air — though perception varies for each person, and that's how it should be.

Bringing in one of the 7 manifestations of the Medicine Buddha (Shichi Butsu Yakushi) for the recitation of the mantra proved to be a powerful amplification. In combination with a consecrated lapis lazuli, the connection is further intensified and the energy flow optimized. By the second day after the event, the new quality of energy work can already be sensed when reciting the "middle" Medicine Buddha mantra. Imagine after 108 days of reciting the mantra 108 times daily — that's 11,664 times.

I also discovered that powerful meditations are possible not only with the Medicine Buddha, but also with the Siddham symbol bhai and with the bodhisattvas Nikko and Gakko, expanding the spectrum. Reiki gains another dimension through this initiation: the creation of a talisman — there is now the possibility to integrate all 7 manifestations of the Medicine Buddha. Many thanks to Mark for the powerful initiation — another step on the ladder of evolution, fully in the spirit of consciousness, self-responsibility and love.

This event also belongs in a class of its own and, like "The Mystical Dimension of Reiki," is not a "technique event" — none of the events here are, by the way. Otherwise so much would go unnoticed, only the surface scratched, so much truth left aside. Of course, in terms of content, you experience wonderful meditations — but that's not what was here to be experienced and discovered. An example of a powerful meditation? How about the protection meditation with the support of Dai Marishi Ten? I used it in real practice during an important conversation in the days that followed — successfully: "Whoever doesn't fight has already lost. Don't fight to defend yourself, but to win." Victory! In this extraordinary, light-filled event it was again possible — in the moment of infinity — to perceive what truly is, beyond all limitations. Neither body nor space nor time had to be transcended, since everything is in the flow of life. The essence of Dainichi Nyorai is already within us.

Oh yes — it's magic! Since this event I have at least a vague idea of what it means to be connected and one with everything that is — and yet centered, fully myself, in stillness and inner peace. Space and time had become utterly meaningless. I was part of the surroundings without being dissolved, didn't share the air, I was part of it. My energy body and those of the other practitioners were precisely perceptible, touched without limiting one another.

This mystical experience was a deeply impressive inner event in which ordinary everyday consciousness was transcended. Beyond the experiences that can be described in words, further — non-communicable — special and intuitive insights were gained. It produced a "breakthrough" of consciousness on several levels. That evening also brought wonderful meditations, recitations, and work with various symbols. Here too: far from daily life and yet here, no thinking about "techniques and tools," simply feeling, letting flow, experiencing love and passing it on. Connection with everything, being in flow, no questions, all answers are within me. No thought of "how" — just do it, it's all good as it is. My tip: don't miss the next event of this kind!

A few years ago I attended the Advanced Metaphysical Healing event with the developer of the method, Duff Cady. I'd been applying it intensively for quite a while. But at some point I noticed something was missing for me. At Mark Hosak's AMH Plus event I encountered some brilliant extensions — and that's when I knew what had been missing. Mark's extensions make AMH much easier to apply and more effective. The event was structured so everyone could practice enough and master the rather complex sequences by the end. Right at the close Mark pulled out a few specials that put the icing on the cake. Many thanks! I highly recommend this event to anyone who wants to do something good for their back.

The first AMH event passed on in Germany in the tradition of Duff Cady, supplemented with brilliant further developments from years of experience and "that special little extra," makes this event a mega-hit on the topic of back health. Many thanks for this rich, beautiful, full event!

Shamanic Drumming

Honestly: as an old drummer and percussionist, I always go into these events with a certain arrogance. My ego cheekily tells me: "I already know all this." Luckily, I'm not my ego.

And to my joy my ego keeps being proven wrong. Mark Hosak passes on shamanic drumming in such a way that even the tiniest details become conscious. He explains the simplest things with a devotion that fascinated me. I would never have thought to look at such small details on my own. For example, how precisely he explains how a hand strikes the drum. At one point I thought: "It's really sweet how carefully he explains this."

Then I realized that most of the practitioners were complete beginners, and through these detailed descriptions they became really good drummers within two days. I know people with years of drumming experience who can play all kinds of rhythms but lack a certain feeling for the thing. Almost everyone at this event had that feeling afterward. Many offerings are about technique — here it's about shamanic practice.

It doesn't depend on talent or prior experience. If you want to open up, feel comfortable with the drum, and joyfully create rhythms and sounds that move people, this event is exactly right. On Sunday came level 2. This time we did a short stag dance to open our hearts and then dedicated ourselves entirely to the power animal dance. I didn't know the power animal dance in this form. So I was overjoyed. Power animal Water Dragon danced through me. I have no idea anymore how my body was moved, but I clearly remember feeling like I was in the film "Avatar." Somehow I was in another world, pulled by the water dragon through an underwater realm — while, as others told me, I performed several rolls on the floor. It was an experience of inner release for me. I can't say exactly what released, but I've been more relaxed overall ever since. Brilliant.

In Shamanic Drumming Level 1, Mark Hosak passed on the basics in such a way that every practitioner could put them into practice immediately. It was amazing how even people without much drumming experience drummed after a few exercises as if they'd been doing it for a long time. I really enjoyed the drum encounters. So much was transmitted. And I could see how surprised the practitioners were at what you can conjure with a drum. The shamans were brought back to life! What I find brilliant are the overtones that arise during group drumming.

In level 2 we started with group drumming and an extension of the basics from level 1. The highlights were the stag dance and the trance dance. In the stag dance, drummers and dancers kept switching. The stag dance is a real experience. Especially the blessing of the power animal Stag, raining down on the group — simply brilliant. I could do trance dance all day if my body could take it. When you really let go, you don't dance — you are danced. It dances through you. An amazing feeling. Many thanks for this weekend. It touched my heart again!

After attending the first level of shamanic drumming a while back, I had many great experiences with the drumming and with the power that comes through the initiation. In the second level I was shown new rhythms — alongside my own intuitive ones — that gave me new creativity. My foundation was greatly enriched. What I also found really exciting was the astral travel that's possible with the initiated drum. Somehow this kind of astral journey is quite different from the astral journeys I know from Reiki. It's even a bit more real than usual. The absolute highlight of the event for me was the power animal dance. I was a little nervous beforehand, because it's about letting go of control over your own body so that a power animal can dance through it — but it was totally cool. Power animal Mountain Lion danced through me. I really felt like a lion having a fit. Afterward a fellow practitioner said my movements looked like a martial art — the drunken monkey style. It really got going. And during the dance I asked for a special touch. The dance and the liberation I felt stayed with me for a whole week and gave me strength. So much fun!

Thank you for this wonderful event! It was beautiful and exhausting at the same time — the after-effects are still being felt. The whole event was a wonderful experience for me. Once again I was able to enter areas within me that had been hard to access or completely blocked, without any pressure. My most extraordinary experience was during the power animal dance.

One of the highlights was the dance with my power animal — that day it was the Falcon. Since there are no coincidences, the falcon fit my question of the day perfectly: what are my next steps in the here and now? Confirmation "from above" simply does you good. The falcon has excellent eyes and can perfectly judge in every moment when the right time has come. The setup is that the group drums a monotone rhythm in a circle around you, leading you into trance. You connect with your power animal, and off it goes. The falcon led me through a dance I could never have danced through my mind. After about ten minutes the falcon performed a dive with me, and I simply fell to the floor — luckily onto a sofa — and couldn't walk for a while. The dance was over, and the next steps were utterly clear to me. Update from today's reality: I've already started implementing what I learned.

Hi, the drum is still riding with me! The event was carried out with so much love — there are no words to capture it. Even for (former) musical-dyslexics like me: dare to sign up and just do it. Afterward you'll feel like I do — the event was a day and a half ago, and I've already drummed three times since.

Trusting my intuition, being in flow — that occupied me a lot at the start of shamanic drumming. How far can I trust my inner flow? The tension to do it well was strong. But when it was said that life moves forward and clinging to rhythms is stagnation, something started to move in me.

I let go, hesitantly at first, then more and more. A key experience was the ritual in the forest. We were invited to enter the forest — a gate was opened that changed our perception so that we could perceive the forest differently. Wow, that was huge. I'm in the forest almost daily, but this time I was much more deeply involved. I perceived everything more clearly and larger and couldn't stop being amazed.

I felt like a being of nature, connected with nature, beautiful and fascinating. We spent time together as a group, singing, dancing and drumming. Then it was time for everyone to find their own power place and connect with Mother Earth to feel her power. Each of us had a power animal or a heavenly being guiding us. I found my power place at the foot of a great fir tree. There I sat and felt my longing for closeness with my heart-friend. Then came the message to remain in the here and now.

I noticed myself, the ground that carried me, the trees around me — and felt love, aliveness, and joy, overwhelming. So much love the trees have to give me — I just have to step into the middle and receive endlessly: love, closeness, and shelter. A stick beside me drew my attention, pure love streamed from it. I picked it up, love and joy of life flowed through me. I jumped up, there was no holding back, and hopping and leaping I made my way back to the meeting point. My shoes bothered me, I took them off and hopped barefoot over sticks and stones — a heavenly feeling of love and warmth flowed through me. The next day I felt so carried through my daily life, so powerful in situations where I usually fall into despair quickly — that was completely new for me. The beautiful song "The river is flowing, oh mother carry me, your child I will always be, back to the sea" stayed with me all day. I sang and sang and felt my power within me. So beautiful! This event took me a huge step further on my path, and I'm endlessly grateful.

I had a bit of a head start because I play drums. But shamanic drumming is something different. It wasn't about strict rhythms, but about the living rhythms of the inner child — full of fun, and deeply moving along the way. As with every real shamanic work, we received an initiation so that from now on we can call the creative force with the drum — a force that takes care of those present and accompanies them lovingly. That alone is amazing. I felt this force, and I feel it every time I drum and call upon it. Shamanic drumming is truly something brilliant. It was passed on so that everyone could follow — even those who had never drummed. Each person had the chance to experience and enjoy drumming in a playful way. A super event, and I'm already looking forward to part two.

Hi friends, the most recent new event I attended with Mark was "The Great Runes Ritual and Power Place Work." The ritual is amazing. I've since done a few more rituals at home on different topics, and I have to say: it really has power. One ritual was about working on a relationship with someone. Right after the ritual I noticed I was a different person: much freer, more stable, deeper, more access to myself, simply more myself. I warmly recommend this event.

To perform the ritual we went to a power place — Eberbach Castle. On the way there Mark showed us how to discover and interpret runes occurring in nature, and how to use them for ritual purposes. It was especially exciting when Mark gave the practitioners the task of discussing and sensing where the special access points to the power place were and what was there. Fascinating how each person perceived something different — or didn't. Very revealing. Each of us could check for themselves what (especially practitioners on the master path) still has to be discovered regarding power-place work. I loved it!

I attended the events "Bind Runes," "Rune Staves and Amulets," and "Spells with Runes." The content is brilliant. The things simply work very well. The spells have such power that I sometimes have to be careful not to indulge too much. With my rune wand I do my rituals almost daily. They have a very strong effect. The wand has become a kind of spiritual companion that wisely guides me through my ritual theme. I'm simply enthusiastic about working with runes — and what I've discovered here has exceeded my expectations!

Last year I attended Mark Hosak's event "Rituals with Runes." This event, however, was something completely different. Just the initiation alone was very different. For me it feels as if the runes and their wisdom have become part of my life. Somehow I carry them within me, and they work alongside, no matter what I do. Contact with the deities of Norse mythology comes much more easily now. It's as if we've become better friends. In the event Mark showed us a fitting rune ritual for each rune, and explained the wisdom of each rune. Since the event I've been trying out different rituals from time to time and am amazed each time by the strong effect. I've gained great respect for the power of the runes.

On the second day we went out to a power place. Our destination was an ancient tree, a chieftain tree. On the way there Mark showed us how to enter a power place with the runes and approach it magically, so that you have good contact with the spirits there and can understand their messages. Once at the tree we did a powerful ritual and were given the task of letting the tree guide us — to an object suitable for a rune amulet. Back at the center we received instruction in making rune amulets. Of course I tried this immediately at home. The amulet's effect was so intense that I could only wear it for a few hours at a time during the first days. The event was very good for me. I could absorb the wisdom of the runes well and learned a great deal. The statement "The actual rune magic lies not in the rituals, but in the understanding and application of the wisdom of the runes" especially impressed me.

Thank you for the wonderful event "Rituals with Runes," which impresses me more every day. The cards we made and blessed during the event feel so good in my hand that my heart rejoices and I really fell in love with them. For an inner topic, I drew the corresponding number of cards and now apply the ritual I experienced at the event while reflecting on the topic.

The cards themselves say a lot about the topic, and thanks to the recordings of the event I keep finding new meanings and connections. It's more exciting than any thriller, because each card has a different meaning in relation to the topic. On one hand I see the things in my life that aren't going so well, on the other I see what new behavior I can apply to find a better solution. With each new insight my grin gets wider. Many thanks for this.

Runes have always fascinated me. But I never really knew what they were about and how to work with them so that you could draw a real positive benefit for your life. Of course — until this event I also lacked the master path. What I find especially brilliant about runes is that you can use them for divination and at the same time as a magical tool. Working with runes is a whole new world that opens up other levels of spiritual work. Whole worlds, really.

Even though this event was only the first basics of magical work with runes for me, it was already enough to come into living contact with this material. I can compare the energy of the runes with no other energy form I've experienced — and I've experienced quite a few by now. I can't fully grasp the runes yet. I'll dive deep into this now, because I'm sure you can work very effectively in supportive ways with them. We had plenty of fun, since Mark introduced us to the runes in his usual top form and with humor. Channeling Weekend

This event was a repeat for me. And once again it became clear that anyone can discover channeling (if they want to). Mark Hosak had us practice channeling intensively (also under more challenging conditions) to bring both advanced and beginners to a professional level very quickly. We also worked on releasing our fears around channeling. We discovered how to deal with sometimes ambiguous channelings so that they become clear. The two days of the event were a very revealing time for me. I now feel much more confident and grounded in channeling. I'm sure this event is also a good addition for people who already channel, because foundations are addressed here that aren't clearly recognized in the general spiritual scene.

Once again it was a joy to see how enthusiastically people discover the spiritual craft of channeling. Mark Hosak skillfully pointed out important misunderstandings and potential difficulties so that the practitioners could easily and fully engage with channeling. With the master path in channeling, anyone really can walk this path, and what comes through is, as a rule, genuinely channeled material. Since you also learn here to professionally verify how genuinely something was a real channeling, security and trust grow. Several practitioners had various fears — that they couldn't do it, that something wrong might come through. So we did a round of oracle work so each person could become aware of their fears and immediately work with them via the chakra energy cards. After that it ran smoothly. And don't forget: the event was a lot of fun. The ability to communicate with light beings deserves to spread widely among people.

Before the event, channeling felt to me like aura-chakra reading: tricky — is it really that simple, can I do it? Well — yes, I can! Thanks to Mark's grounded and loving introduction it's really true here too: anyone can do it. Only requirement: talk, talk, talk — no matter what comes, no matter how it sounds. The evaluation happens afterward, and that's when wonderful and useful information opens up to you from the spiritual world, the light beings. Since a light being with the beautiful name "Estrella" spoke through me, I have been certain. Working with the channeled forces of light beings is also full of love and feels so good. Now practice would be very useful, and I have the cheeky plan of channeling our dog Jackson's guardian angel next. Yes — channeling "works" with animals, plants and so on. When would you like to experience the loving support of your guardian angel in this wonderful way?

Clearing Master Path

Since the first part of the master path three weeks ago, I've done clearings on myself at home around various themes — to become familiar with the techniques and out of curiosity about their effect. I'm quite impressed by the power that works through the symbols. It feels different to me than Reiki — and very powerful. In this first part we discovered how to release the connection points of attachments in a person's energy system, "dispose of" the released energies, and recharge the cleansed areas with powerful energy. Since this is only the basis of the shamanic master path, I'm already excited about the next two parts. Right after a clearing I notice that my energies reorganize themselves. It's not unpleasant and shows me how effective this is. Regarding the topic I worked on, I've concretely noticed in everyday life that something has changed. I deal with it differently. And that's exactly what fascinates me about all this. After a one-hour clearing, you have at least one less topic in your life. For me, this master path is a special dimension of energy work and has my deepest respect — and it's a lot of fun on top. To be continued.

Hi, I've completed the third part of the clearings and have to say: wow! The first two parts were already brilliant, but the last part tops them. It was the icing on the cake. Over the three days we got down to the heart of things. We discovered methods to accompany deceased ones into the realms of light when they had ended up in someone else's body. Other practitioners did a clearing on me during which it turned out that I had quite a few deceased within me who couldn't leave because they had a particular task to fulfill. But my fellow practitioners handled that with ease, because we'd all walked a very professional master path with Mark Hosak. By that I mean not only the clearing events, but the entire master path that preceded them. After the clearing I felt truly relieved, as if I were more myself.

We discovered how to release very stubborn attachments, curses, and influences. But it's not about flattening the deceased and fighting magicians — no, much better. It's about motivating the attachments to develop, follow the love in their hearts, and go to the realm of light so they can plan a new life of their own. To attackers we bring lots of love, light, and joyful, lustful energies so they can sense how beautiful life can be. Anyone who doesn't want to doesn't have to. But everyone deserves the chance again and again.

This work is so wonderful, and it feels so good to clear and to be cleared. Here I really understood for the first time that love is the greatest power on earth. Nothing can withstand love. In this part of the master path creativity is required — true professional shamanic work. Everything we encountered in the previous events can now be applied within the clearings. That's pretty cool. What I found especially exciting were the group clearings. A truly powerful method that warmed my heart. Mark Hosak is a very good initiator, and I'm very grateful that he offers these master paths. This is his thing — he's the absolute pro when it comes to clearings. One of the most important things on the whole path was somehow not the techniques and methods, but how to deal with the topic. I've expanded my horizon as a shaman and spiritual healer with so many insights. These methods are effective and far-reaching. I can't imagine that anything of equal quality exists anywhere. From the bottom of my heart I wish that many more people will discover this creative work.

Somehow this material excites me more and more. The second part focused on past-life regressions. I knew regressions from AMH and from my own experiments (which didn't go quite so well). With the kind of regression I experienced here, a special angel guides the whole thing and is constantly present. It's so brilliant that I still can't quite believe I now have such an ability. Once I got home, I of course wanted to offer it to my girlfriend right away and proudly asked: "Want to try a regression?" She was very skeptical and said she couldn't do it, that it was all just imagination. After the regression she had a completely different opinion. It was really funny to see how an opinion can change so simply through a wonderful experience. For example, the angel gives tips and shows what's important to look at in the previous life. It's also possible to apply any energy work you know within the regression. The advantage is that I can come along into the regression to see what the client sees. So in counseling you're not only relying on what the client tells you — you've also been able to gather your own impressions.

I enjoyed a regression at the event that took me into a life in the times of Atlantis. An experience that's still with me. But I now know where I have things to work on. This time it was about clearing attachments up to level 5 of 13. And again I think it's brilliant how simple and effective the method is — provided, of course, that you've already walked several master paths. Something I really enjoy is reading from the Akashic records. Information is read that can shed great light on your own life themes. The magic of this master path is simply brilliant. And Mark is a true pro in this field — you can clearly tell. I'm already looking forward to the third part!

Beginning this path was a very important decision for me. Now, after the first part, that's been deeply confirmed. I feel a lot more myself. It's as if a large part of me had been missing until I received the initiation into the Adeptus Minor of the Lemurian order. My heart feels freer and stronger. I feel my connection to the creative force has become stronger and more focused.

During the event I was repeatedly surprised at how simple the things we discovered are. Then I realized I've already done a lot of practice and that's why it came easily. The atmosphere in the group was very harmonious — as if we'd all completed the event before we'd even started. As it turned out, all the practitioners had a similar connection to the topic.

We started with a meditation that lets you integrate your shadows. A side effect is that some muscular tensions dissolve into ease. The more often and longer you meditate with it, the lighter daily life becomes — that's how it feels to me. And when I'm in a bad mood, I do this meditation and a chakra balancing and I'm refreshed, in good spirits, and feel my body and its needs more intensely.

Receiving such a clearing is brilliant. Afterward I feel completely new, as if I've become more myself. And the cool thing is that I can apply all the methods from the event to myself. That's worth a lot. Of course I did plenty of clearings on myself after the event, and from clearing to clearing I sense that I'm getting more and more chance to live my life as it actually should be. The symbols of the clearing path part one are also brilliant. When I apply them I really feel an angel coming to me and the love within me. Beyond the methods we encountered at the event, Mark Hosak gave us a lot of important information needed to work consciously and lovingly with clearings and magic. Only with the right understanding and the knowledge that everything is creative force, and that the power of love is the ultimate, do you gain the ability to act rightly in a holistic sense. I'm very grateful that there are people who have brought such brilliant things to earth. And I thank you, Mark, for deciding to pass these things on. My conclusion: anyone working in spiritual accompaniment, who feels called to carry the message of love into the world and is ready to walk a comprehensive path with truly brilliant preparatory events: sign up immediately! It's worth it tenfold.

Shamanic Healer

In parallel with the master path of Reiki Life Counselor and Spiritual Healer 1st Dan, I began the master path of Shamanic Healer and Ritual Master 1st Dan with Mark Hosak. At the time I had no real idea what shamanism is, what a ritual is, what a shaman does. I just felt the call within me to walk this master path. I felt that someone within me wanted to wake up to life.

Bit by bit the secrets of shamanism opened up to me. I understood more and more that shamanism, too, is primarily not about technique but about the development of the personality. The longer I walked this path, the more I became myself. Today I know that this path wasn't just a path I would finish at some point — it was the beginning of a path I'll walk all my life. It's a path I walk hand in hand with my subtle helpers.

I didn't really know at the start what I would discover along the master path, even though I knew the content. I only noticed that everything I was shown and got to experience excited me deeply. From the beginning I was on fire for the content: crystal work, astral journeys, rituals, drumming, dances.

The master path goes far beyond what an initiator can pass on. The way I see it, Mark Hosak put tools in my hand, showed me what you can do with them — and then accompanied me as I came into contact with my dormant potential. What I make of it is my business. This master path also opens the door to working professionally as a shaman in your own practice, if you wish. You can also work as a shaman during the master path and earn money. I haven't found another shamanic path on the market that comes close to being as comprehensive, deep, and meaningful as this one. Anyone who feels the call to reconnect with their shamanic roots in this life will, through this master path, get the chance to take up their shamanic heritage privately or professionally.

Full of anticipation I began the initiation weekend for Shamanic Healer and Ritual Master 1st Dan. On the first of three days, Mark made it clear with an exercise — which seemed simple at first but turned out to be anything but easy — what it means to plan rituals as a shamanic ritual master.

A shaman who has walked their path performs inner rituals. Someone who isn't initiated performs outer rituals. After this realization I understood why the master path is set for 18 to 24 months. A person needs that time to absorb such important messages. I'm not entirely sure all the practitioners got it — but for me it landed.

Each person decides for themselves how deeply they engage with the master path. I can only recommend going deep, clearing your father and mother themes, and listening carefully to your initiator. Mark Hosak is a brilliant shaman, and I can discover so much from him.

On the second day we drove to a power place in the Palatinate Forest, where we did various rituals and received the initiation into the Shamanic Garden to access our ancient shamanic heritage. With this initiation and the basis of the master path, the playground of magic opens. There are almost no limits to creativity. Each practitioner now has their own shamanic astral world with rooms, temples, and landscapes we can use in everyday life. Shamanic knowledge of our past lies there which we can now share with the world. I won't reveal more here. Bottom line: the most beautiful gift I've ever received. I feel a great deal more myself.

In the evening we drove on to Trifels Castle and stayed in a hotel right below the castle. The overnight stay and breakfast were a gift from Mark. At night we hiked with torches to a nearby power place, where Mark showed us how to transfer energy qualities and entire landscapes energetically from our shamanic garden into the material plane. Completely wild.

After a very good Palatinate breakfast we went on to the "Münz," a castle where all the coins of the German Empire used to be minted. Today only a tower remains, where a pair of kestrels lives. With the power animal Kestrel we did a shamanic ritual with self-collected resin incense. The power of our land strengthened us throughout that warm summer day. That's our native shamanism — with our forests, power places, and native beings. We have everything we need right here. The whole path was tremendous fun and enormously expanded my shamanic possibilities.

Shamanic Rituals

From rituals and power-place practice

Me and my rituals… for a long time I've been performing the most varied rituals — unfortunately not always with the success I wanted. But that's about to change — and probably get better. Impressive how simple and at the same time effective rituals can be when someone like Mark contributes his knowledge. Putting them into practice through examples makes the tangible difference. Other exciting topics are pentagrams, energy circles, including your own power animal — and if you don't yet know your own power animal? Easy: now you'll meet it. Here too, totally convincing: banishing and invoking pentagrams can easily be combined with chakra energy work and immediately verified via the well-known kinesiological arm test. Things like room cleansing, blessing of water, candles, incense are also very effective with these methods. In short: my shamanic toolbox is now richer by a few wonderful gifts of the creative force.

I can't even say why I'd never used a pendulum myself before. That evening it happened — and thanks to Mark's grounded introduction and the first hands-on practices it was off and running. Pendulum — a bit of a "yes-no game"? Oh no. With the pendulum too — as so often in Mark's events — further possibilities revealed themselves, extensions and additions to the techniques already in use. With a crystal pendulum, powerful energies can flow. Combined with a healing stone selected by pendulum, or even just with the pendulum alone, powerful energy work with and for the client is possible. Integrating Siddham symbols is also a very effective amplification in pendulum practice. I'm deeply impressed and had completely underestimated this supposed "old relic." I used it successfully right at the weekend as a tool for a session — it simply works, beautifully. For today, that's it — love, light and joy!

Working with the shamanic crystals is a completely new experience and quality. The results are quite comparable to Reiki. A noticeable difference is the source of the energy: here it comes from the creative force, the earth crystals, and the crystal angels — whereas with Reiki the energy comes from the Great Sun Buddha Dainichi Nyorai. You can imagine how it feels when both "techniques" come together. Shiva and Shakti act together as a couple — can there be a more powerful union of the essence "of all that is"? Such concentrated, loving energy flows here — almost unimaginable. The energy "from above" feels lighter and warmer, while the energy "from below" seems heavier and cooler and somehow tastes "earthy." Making a shamanic crystal medicine bag was also an exciting aspect of the work. And it gets even better: through a special initiation and technique I no longer need physical crystals and stones — I can use almost any healing stone via the connection with the creative force, without holding it as a "stone in the hand." Brilliant! So this doesn't turn into a book, I'll stop here and hope I've inspired you.

The work with the non-physical crystals and the crystal forces is so powerful that, once I was home, I had to take a moment to realize what a powerful tool I'd been given — and for so little money. The shamanic crystals can't be compared to the usual physical healing stones. These forces and energies come directly from the angels of the mother crystals, and you can not only feel them, you can also see the results afterward. What completely fascinates me is the "remote viewing" through a rock crystal. With it you can see and learn things you absolutely need if you want to accompany shamanically. You can also look into long-past times and look around in places that may no longer exist — quite apart from the astral planes where you can learn so much that's useful. Simply great. I also especially enjoyed the variety of uses for the medicine bag. The event was incredible fun, and I'm very grateful for the great gift I received.

After the initiation onto his personal wand, the experimenting began — wonderful what you can do with it. The results were impressive — and I think not just for me. I'll definitely integrate the wand into my work with animals as well as with people. Thanks Mark, it was a great event — and we had a lot of fun.

Wow! The event was great! There was an initiation that brings you to an astral plane where a pyramid stands in which you can do many exciting things. First the basics about pyramid power were explained, then came the practice. A wonderful experience that you can continue at home. I now have the option to fill my home with the touching power of a salt grotto or a carnelian spring. It was demanding, because so much astral travel was unfamiliar to me, but completely fascinating. Definitely recommended, especially for shamans or those who want to become one.

Hi Mark, I had originally expected something slightly "wild" like in a fantasy movie at the crystal ball event and thought a little doubtfully: "Is this for me?" After very engaging explanations about space and time and the physical properties of such a ball, came a deeply soothing, peaceful, centering initiation into our personal crystal ball — with which we enjoyed our first journey into the crystal ball realm right after. You led us into a world that is truly enchanting and beautiful. So the event is even more "wild" than I'd thought. The presentation itself is beautiful and informative, but the possibilities for energy work are gigantic. I currently use my ball in my practice to optimize my room with energetic feng shui, and to effectively complement karma clearing for my client. Many heartfelt thanks.

The event was partly a repeat for me and partly new, since I'd attended once before. This is real shamanic work that shows results. I'm always amazed at what you can pull out of a crystal wand. And the fun wasn't missing either. Many thanks and five stars.

I really, really enjoyed the event. Especially the reorientation of the chakras, with which you can restore the chakra state from shortly after birth. That naturally changes a lot in life. Hello — "ANYONE can discover it"? How often I read that in event descriptions from other providers in all kinds of fields — and unfortunately it didn't always hold up. And at this event? Yes — everyone discovered it! Hard to believe, but the very first reading was a direct hit for all practitioners, and so simple it's almost unbelievable. Anyone who knows how to use this "tool" can decode the manifold mysteries of the aura and the chakras in the simplest way and, with clients — and of course for themselves too — pinpoint where the problem sits and counsel and accompany accordingly. Fascinating, brilliantly simple. It helps to trust your inner child, let go of a few illusions, and off you go. Especially impressive was being guided by my inner child to paint a picture of a chakra of the person opposite me (I claim I can't paint at all). The event was again led by Mark and exceeded my certainly not low expectations as always. Through the special initiation and the reading mudra, all practitioners could apply aura-chakra reading immediately — something that otherwise requires a very long practice phase. Hi Mark, thanks for the clever short event Aura/Chakra Reading at the Grenzenlos fair in Hofheim/Taunus, which I really enjoyed. It revived and energized me. During the day at the fair the usual fair-tension was in the air and pulled me in. After joining your event spontaneously and unplanned, I was a little nervous at the start — which completely settled after the lovely initiation. Afterward I was deeply relaxed and felt comfortably at ease. The event itself fascinated me — especially how far we got in the short time, and how quickly we got to the core of the topic in each reading. It was a very nice event. It was my first time in Eberbach and I felt at home right away. The event was very well done, both in content and in the way it was passed on. The materials are great too. Soul Hunting

The Soul Hunting event was very exciting because I got to discover an aspect of shamanism I hadn't known. At the event I integrated two lost soul parts back into myself. Integrating soul parts that had been split off — that's what soul hunting is about — has a wonderful effect. Each soul part you integrate brings concrete guidance about what you should change in life. Through this alone I've been living my life differently — with more consciousness and more joy. Through soul hunting you can again live out parts of your soul that hadn't been possible for a long time. So far it has greatly supported me in being more myself. As usual, Mark Hosak gave us not only a technique, but also a new shamanic concept and spiritual insights that greatly expanded my awareness. I highly recommend the Soul Hunting event with Mark Hosak.

Five stars because here you actually experience astral travel — with the energy body. That means you're really fully out of the physical body. At the event I learned the basics and had my first successes. But practice makes the master, of course. I'd recommend this event to anyone practicing martial arts as well — because feeling the energy body and being centered in the hara is also practiced here. Through these exercises you come so strongly into your center that you stand like a rock in the surf. That's very important, because after an astral journey that's the way back into the body. Thanks!

At this event I learned what shamanism is and what it isn't. An initiation into the shamanic powers means you can call light beings, conjure energies from the light realm, and banish energies that are no longer needed or could harm. I can now also imbue anything and anyone with the blessing of the creative force. I've discovered magic. That doesn't mean I now pull rabbits out of a hat. No — I can now ensure, when it serves the whole, that life changes toward more joy, consciousness, love, and prosperity. The rituals are really fun and so effective that you should think carefully beforehand about what you actually want. Outside at the power place we approached step by step shamanically and connected with the light beings there, there were further highlights — singing power songs, the earth ritual with which you can network and create power places yourself, and a letting-go ritual that showed its expected effect. It can be so simple to make contact with the angels of nature — and this event is a very good way to experience that professionally. A very intense event! For shamans and those who want to become one.

What are curses, attachments? And where do they come from? What are negative energies — and do they even exist? This event clears up everything that has to do with these areas. I found the topic of "protection" especially exciting. Only those who are afraid have the need to protect themselves. And those who are afraid are vulnerable. I'm very grateful for that insight. Toward the end of the event we were initiated into a special mantra that helps fend off acute magical attacks — not through battle, but through spiritual mantra work. Very exciting and very tangibly understandable.

I encountered the massage in 2009 in a 1.5-day event with another initiator and have used it a lot ever since, both privately and professionally. The massage is something I wouldn't want to be without. It's touch, wellness, and joy of life all in one. In June 2013 I "repeated" the massage event with Mark Hosak. I expected to learn more, since the event lasted 2.5 days. What Mark did: he went into depth with us. For things I already knew, he showed details I hadn't considered before that give the massage a special edge. He also showed many new things. Mark took plenty of time for all of us. With the massage, old themes sometimes come to the surface when you allow it. That happened at the event, and Mark addressed it lovingly, giving us practitioners new awareness. The event was a lot of fun and confirmed once again that this form of energy work has much to do with my path. Many thanks for this wonderful event.

It's very hard to find the right words for an extraordinary journey on the sound carpet of love and the frequency of deep joy — carried by the tones of the singing bowls and blessed by the presence of the creative force. How about the short version: "Oh wow!" Energy work with the singing bowls is a fascinating extension of my work in the sense of divine order and love. One special feature: as the giver, you experience the wonderful effect of the sounds almost as intensely as the receiver. The "conventional" singing bowl massage already offers powerful and joyful energies. Through the initiation of the bowls, the forces of the four dragons (earth, air, water, and fire dragon) and other exciting, useful shamanic "features," this beautiful and powerful "tool" — the singing bowl — is amplified many times over. Aura cleansing, room cleansing, dancing sound, wonderful rituals and more. Absolutely recommended. Even for pros who already work with singing bowls, a very lovely further development. My thanks, heart to heart, for this event led by love.

The topic of this event is one that scares many people off. It's about your own sensuality, happiness with your own body. But I can report that at this event it was very easy to open to one's own sensuality, even with strangers present. That's surely due to the skillful way the event was led. With a lot of joy, feeling, and tenderness, the practitioners had the chance to release, piece by piece, their shyness and shame around their own bodies — until they could really enjoy the massage. We had plenty of time to practice. Afterward I felt a peace and contentment with my body that I'd never experienced before. The wonderful thing is, I can now enjoy this daily because I was at the event with my partner. I'm really glad I was there, and I'm already looking forward to the continuation. If you want more pleasure, sensuality, and love in your life, you won't get past this event. The power of the creative force into which we were initiated has an enormously sparkling quality — even thinking about it makes me sizzle. Same with the rose force — totally calm and relaxing and at the same time very stimulating. The event gives pure joy of life and can bring back a certain spark to a partnership when it's grown quiet. Last weekend's NLP event was once again wonderfully done. Since I've attended and reviewed it a few times, I won't give feedback on the content but on the spiritual-philosophical themes that aren't on the event description and which we practitioners were richly gifted with. It's brilliant how Mark Hosak responds to questions that aren't asked — and exactly the answers come out that the practitioners need to work on their themes. As a spiritual initiator, Mark is a true role model for me. Important questions (some only half-conscious) that I'd been carrying for a long time he simply answers at the event, as if it were the most natural thing in the world. Sometimes his answers were very direct and sometimes very subtle, so that everyone was reached on some level and could open up. The event was very much about expansion of consciousness and the topic of "free choice." A real eye-opener!

Spiritual NLP fascinates me again and again. Despite repeating, I learned much. It's amazing how with such simple techniques you can achieve so much. Since you also experience subtle perception in NLP and work together with light beings, NLP with Mark Hosak goes far beyond classical NLP. Mark Hosak once again skillfully and professionally led an event. I discovered a lot. Many thanks for that!

At the start I had my doubts whether NLP would do anything — and I was once again convinced. Within a few minutes I can summon qualities like joy or relaxation. I have the option to "tune" my chakras — that's very relieving and uplifting. I can let go of things that prevent me from unfolding. Wonderful! You even have the option to free yourself from your parents' patterns of thinking — that's incredibly moving. NLP overall is a great complement to mental practice and chakra work. Five stars for a really excellent event! I came with the wish to learn how to recognize, become aware of, and dissolve deep-trance phenomena, transferences, fears, guardian programs, and self-sabotage — and my wish was fulfilled. Even more: thanks to skillful event guidance I was able to experience these things first-hand and immediately had the chance to clean up such things. Tensions among practitioners were handled so that everyone immediately had the chance to resolve their topic. For me, in my work as a spiritual healer, the event was a huge step — because I learned how to deal with people who are so clouded that they only catch half of what's said in distorted form due to their own sabotages, and how to show them the step to resolution — all in a conscious and loving way. Hi everyone! My very first webinar. It was practical for me since I live about 200 km from the institute. I could comfortably attend an event from home, eat alongside, settle into my favorite couch with my laptop, and listen to my initiator's words. Attending an event online may feel strange to many — it was for me at first. But after about ten minutes it felt as if I were sitting right there in the event room. We practitioners could speak via a chat function and ask questions, which worked very well. We received important info as PDFs to download. I got into the webinar simply via a link. Anyone with an email account anywhere will have no problem logging in. I could watch Mark on video, sitting in the center and skillfully holding the event as always. The quality was quite good. A virtual flip-chart let Mark draw graphics live or type text for us. Compared to an in-person event, the webinar had a completely different charm. I found the way Mark communicated with the practitioners genuinely funny at times — pure situational comedy, and I had a lot of fun.

On content: Mark explained the connections between chakras and life force, especially the functions of the first and second chakras, since they're responsible for fundamental life force. An important topic was sexuality and how addictions arise from suppressed needs. I really appreciated that. What I loved was a new way of looking at karma. I had an aha moment. The topic of "vitamins" took up a lot of room. Mark passed on, in an understandable way, which supplements can be supportive for the body and which less so. Thank you for the new experience and for the courage to offer events online. Cool thing! Gladly again!

This event was something very special for me. Mark gave us a new understanding of partnership. With the knowledge and impulses from this event, you really have it in your own hands whether the relationship is happy and pleasurable — or dull. There were also plenty of tips for singles on how to find a suitable partner on a spiritual path. Thanks to the info from the event I now understand myself much better and know why I am the way I am as a man — and know that it's good as it is. I now know myself and my species a bit better. It was a very lovely weekend. It was my first time in Eberbach, and I felt at home right away. The weekend was very well done, both in content and in the way it was passed on. The materials are great too.

At the crystal ball weekend I had originally expected something slightly "wild" like in a fantasy film and thought a bit doubtfully: "Will this be for me?" After very engaging explanations about space and time, the physical properties of such a ball, and the connections involved, came a deeply soothing, peaceful, centering initiation into our personal crystal ball — with which we got to enjoy our first journey into the crystal ball realm right after.

Mark led us into a world that is truly enchanting and beautiful. So the weekend is even more "wild" than I'd thought. The presentation itself is beautiful and informative, but the possibilities for energy work are gigantic. I currently use my ball in my practice to open my space with energetic feng shui and to effectively complement karma clearing for my client. Many heartfelt thanks.

I'm very glad I discovered Mark Hosak's book "The Big Book of Reiki Symbols" in 2004 in a large bookstore in Mainz. That led me to choose initiation into Reiki Level 1 with Mark Hosak in April 2005. Already back then I was deeply impressed by the matter-of-fact clarity and intensity with which Mark guided the practitioners.

His "strict" way of passing on the path is combined with warmth and intensity that only a true master can radiate (I know this from my music studies). It then took me almost three years to be ready for level 2. The weekend was very well organized and (as always with Mark) demanded the highest concentration. But what an experience the initiation and the mutual Reiki encounters that followed were!

I won't go into details here, but I've felt like a new person ever since and clearly notice the changes around me (my home is now a place of light thanks to the possibilities Reiki Level 2 opens). I recommend to anyone hesitating: walk Shingon Reiki Level 2 with Mark Hosak.

This weekend I discovered how to question the themes of the 2nd chakra — and which beliefs I carry that prevent me from being pleasurably and naturally feminine. The atmosphere during these days was very beautiful.

The meditation simply feels wonderful — that warmth and shelter. To work with the beliefs we received plenty of tools. Mark designed the weekend with so much fun and humor. It was very pleasant to be guided through the content by him. I really enjoyed it and will definitely experience another weekend with Mark.
