Right of Withdrawal

This is the English translation of our German Withdrawal Policy (Widerrufsbelehrung). The German version is legally binding under German and EU consumer protection law. This notice applies to all events, offers and digital products provided through shingon-reiki.com.

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction for such reimbursement.

Special Provisions

Your right of withdrawal expires prematurely if we have begun to perform the service before the end of the withdrawal period and you have expressly consented to such performance.
There is no right of withdrawal for discounted offers or special promotions.
There is no right of withdrawal for downloads of digital files. By downloading the file, you unseal it and thereby gain access to its content.
For registrations to events, accompanying programs and master paths, services that have already been rendered or carried out cannot be withdrawn.
